Our goal is to bring highly detailed and realistic content to a virtual world. We see SL as the ideal platform for relaxing and getting away from the daily stresses of life, and immerse our residents in a tropical paradise. Our estate is a virtual holiday. Visiwa Estate is open for all to enjoy peacefully, and we have possibly the highest shared / communal property percentage (around 65%) in SL. We are not parcelled to death as much of SL is. The focus here is not to make huge profit, but to create a beautiful environment residents are proud of.  Our communal areas are not just ‘open’ areas, they are professionally and carefully themed and detailed to make lovely natural spots everyone can enjoy.

Most of Visiwa is fantasy buildings, however there are a few RL designs of the Architect/owner built in SL™ on display too. There is examples of both RL rebuilds, as well as of using SL™ as a design tool for prototyping RL architecture and design. While many enjoy the social aspect of SL, it is an extremely useful CAD design tool, especially as it is interactive and can allow long-distance collaboration.

One of our goals has always been to provide adequate and quality travelling (sailing and flying) space, so we have extended our estate and designed the landmass to be extremely realistic. Furthermore keen sailors will be happy to know we are planning competition-ready sailing regions all integrated into this unquestionable beauty, as well as will be introducing a new exciting sailing class with new features in the near future.
